# A. Deflationary Mechanism

The $VPK tokens deposited by the users as registration fees during whitelisting will all be collected in a vault. At a random interval, a certain percentage of the total tokens (\~ 35%) in the vault will be burnt by carefully studying the market condition and the overall demand of the token. The balance amount of tokens (\~ 65%) will be used for ecosystem growth and profit-sharing amongst the community.
